Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

1. Service Overview

Ship US Now provides package forwarding services by receiving packages at a U.S. address and forwarding eligible items internationally upon customer request.

2. Customer Responsibility

You are fully responsible for ensuring that all items sent through Ship US Now comply with U.S. export laws, carrier requirements, air-transport regulations, and the import regulations of the destination country. You are also responsible for the accuracy of all customs declarations, including item descriptions, values, quantities, and contents.

3. Prohibited Items & Dangerous Goods / HAZMAT

Ship US Now does not accept or forward Dangerous Goods / HAZMAT shipments. Products such as perfume, fragrances, aerosols, sprays, alcohol, oils, flammable products, pressurized containers, compressed gases, hazardous chemicals, weapons, explosives, and other items requiring Dangerous Goods / HAZMAT handling are not accepted.

Certain products, including battery-powered devices, loose batteries, power banks, automotive parts, medicines, supplements, food products, plants, seeds, and other regulated products, may require individual review depending on the exact product, specifications, carrier, and destination.

Please review the Prohibited Items Policy before ordering if there is any doubt about a product.

4. Right to Refuse, Return, Hold, or Dispose

Ship US Now reserves the right to refuse, hold, return, or dispose of any package that violates Ship US Now policies, carrier requirements, air-transport regulations, or applicable legal requirements.

If a prohibited or HAZMAT item is received, Ship US Now does not arrange HAZMAT transportation, prepare Dangerous Goods documentation, provide specialized HAZMAT packaging, or create HAZMAT shipping labels.

When a return is legally and safely possible, the customer must obtain an appropriate prepaid return shipping label from the original seller. Applicable return processing, storage, handling, or disposal fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

5. Package Inspection

Ship US Now reserves the right to open and inspect any package when necessary for safety, compliance, customs declaration verification, carrier requirements, or product identification.

6. Shipping & Carriers

International shipments are transported by third-party carriers. Once a package has been transferred to the selected carrier, delivery times, transit delays, customs processing, carrier handling, and other transportation events are subject to the carrier and applicable authorities.

Ship US Now is not responsible for delays, damage, loss, customs clearance delays, or other events caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, government agencies, or circumstances outside Ship US Now's control.

7. Signature Required Deliveries

Ship US Now does not accept deliveries requiring a signature under any circumstances.

Warehouse staff availability may vary, and the presence of a team member to sign for a package cannot be guaranteed at all times.

Any shipment requiring a signature may be refused or returned to the sender. Ship US Now shall not be liable for delays, returns, or losses resulting from a shipment being sent with a signature requirement.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that packages sent to the Ship US Now U.S. address do not require a delivery signature.

8. Customs Duties & Taxes

The customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, permits, and other charges required by the destination country.

9. Customs Declaration Assistance & Import Compliance

Ship US Now may provide optional assistance with completing customs declarations, including item descriptions, declared values, quantities, and tariff classifications.

This assistance does not constitute legal, customs, regulatory, or compliance certification and does not guarantee that a shipment will be accepted, released, or cleared by customs authorities.

Certain products may require permits, certificates, licenses, conformity documents, testing records, or other documentation depending on the type of product and the destination country or territory.

The customer, recipient, and/or importer remains responsible for verifying and complying with all applicable import requirements and for providing any documentation requested by customs or other government authorities.

10. Liability Limitation

Ship US Now shall not be liable for loss, damage, delay, seizure, return, refusal, or disposal of packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete declarations, prohibited items, Dangerous Goods / HAZMAT items, carrier restrictions, customs requirements, government actions, or customer failure to comply with applicable shipping or import rules.

11. Storage & Abandoned Packages

Packages stored for more than 30 days after arrival without shipping instructions, payment, return instructions, or other customer activity may be considered abandoned.

Ship US Now reserves the right to dispose of or destroy abandoned packages without refund.

All associated costs, including storage, handling, return processing, and disposal fees, remain the responsibility of the customer.

12. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for ensuring that all account, shipping, customs, and contact information provided to Ship US Now is accurate and up to date.
