Ship one package
Choose this option if you want to send one package without waiting for other packages.
- ✔ Go to My Packages
- ✔ Find your package in Pending
- ✔ Click Ship this package only
- ✔ Confirm your choice
- ✔ Complete the customs declaration
- ✔ Or request Customs Help if you want us to do it for you
Consolidate packages
Choose this option if you want to combine multiple packages into one shipment and save on shipping.
- ✔ Go to My Packages
- ✔ Find the packages in Pending
- ✔ Click Add to consolidation for each package
- ✔ Confirm your selections
- ✔ Go to the consolidation section
- ✔ Select the packages you want to combine
- ✔ Click Create consolidated shipment
- ✔ Complete the customs declaration
- ✔ Or request Customs Help if you want us to do it for you
What happens next?
Once your customs declaration is completed, or once our team completes it for you, we continue processing your shipment.

You receive an email with available shipping methods and prices
3. Choose & pay
You tell us which option you choose and we send your invoice
4. Tracking
After payment, your package is shipped and you receive your tracking number
Important
Your package stays in Pending until you choose what to do with it. Your shipment cannot move forward until the customs declaration is completed or customs help has been requested.
