1. Service Overview
Ship US Now provides package forwarding services by receiving packages at a U.S. address and forwarding them internationally upon customer request.
2. Customer Responsibility
You are fully responsible for ensuring that all items shipped through our service comply with U.S. export laws and the import regulations of the destination country. You are also responsible for the accuracy of all customs declarations, including item descriptions, values, and contents.
3. Prohibited Items
Ship US Now does not accept prohibited or hazardous items under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, dangerous goods, flammable materials, batteries, liquids, weapons, and regulated products. Please review our Prohibited Items Policy.
4. Right to Refuse or Dispose
We reserve the right to refuse, return, hold, or dispose of any package that violates our policies, carrier regulations, or legal requirements. Disposal fees or return costs may apply.
5. Package Inspection
Ship US Now reserves the right to open and inspect any package if necessary for safety, compliance, or verification purposes.
6. Shipping & Carriers
Shipments are handled by third-party carriers. Once a package is shipped, Ship US Now is not responsible for delays, damage, loss, or customs clearance issues caused by the carrier.
7. Signature Required Deliveries
Ship US Now does not accept deliveries requiring a signature under any circumstances. As our warehouse operates with variable staff availability, we are unable to guarantee that someone will be present to sign for packages at all times. Any shipment requiring a signature may be refused or returned to the sender. Ship US Now shall not be liable for any delays, returns, or losses resulting from such shipments. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipments are sent without signature requirement.
8. Customs Duties & Taxes
The customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by the destination country.
9. Liability Limitation
Ship US Now shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or seizure of packages due to incorrect declarations, prohibited items, or actions taken by carriers or customs authorities.
10. Storage & Abandoned Packages
Packages stored for more than 30 days after arrival without shipping instructions, payment, or activity may be considered abandoned. Ship US Now reserves the right to dispose of, or destroy, such packages without notice and without refund. All associated costs (including storage, handling, and disposal fees) remain the responsibility of the customer.
11. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
12. Service Changes
Ship US Now reserves the right to update pricing, services, and policies at any time without prior notice.
13. Agreement
By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
