Most everyday purchases from U.S. stores can be forwarded without any problem.
Certain products cannot be accepted because of air-transport regulations, carrier requirements, U.S. law or destination-country restrictions.

Most purchases fall into one of these three categories. Exact eligibility can depend on the product, packaging, carrier and destination.

Not sure about an item?
Shipping rules can be confusing. A product that looks completely ordinary may contain a battery, liquid or ingredient that changes how it can travel by air.
Send the exact product link or product specifications before ordering. A Ship US Now team member can review the information and confirm whether the item can be handled through the available forwarding services.
Dangerous Goods / HAZMAT
Ship US Now does not handle HAZMAT shipments.
Airlines and transportation carriers must follow specific safety requirements for certain products.
Perfume, aerosols, sprays, alcohol, oils, flammable liquids, pressurized containers, compressed gases and certain chemicals can fall under Dangerous Goods / HAZMAT regulations.
These shipments can require special packaging, labeling, documentation, declarations, carrier approval and specialized handling.
Ship US Now does not prepare HAZMAT packaging, HAZMAT labels, Dangerous Goods declarations, carrier approvals or specialized HAZMAT transportation.
Common products that are not accepted
These are common examples. This list is not exhaustive.
Batteries & electronics
Battery-powered products need to be checked individually.
Battery requirements depend on the battery type, capacity, quantity, whether the battery is installed inside a device and the requirements of the transportation carrier.
Before ordering loose lithium batteries, power banks, large battery-powered equipment or an unusual electronic product, send the exact product information to Ship US Now for review.
If the product requires Dangerous Goods / HAZMAT transportation, it cannot be handled through Ship US Now.
Destination restrictions
Your destination country also has its own rules.
A product that can legally be purchased in the USA is not automatically permitted for import into every destination.
Customs regulations, import permits and product restrictions vary by country.
Customers remain responsible for complying with the import requirements of the destination country.

What happens if a prohibited or HAZMAT item arrives?
If an item cannot be forwarded internationally, Ship US Now will contact the customer and explain the situation.
For a return, the customer must contact the original seller and request a prepaid return shipping label provided by the seller.
The seller's return label must be suitable for the exact product being returned and must comply with the seller's and carrier's transportation requirements.
Important
Ship US Now does not arrange transportation for HAZMAT merchandise.
Ship US Now does not create HAZMAT documentation, Dangerous Goods declarations, specialized packaging, HAZMAT labels or carrier bookings.
When legally and safely possible, a return can be processed after an appropriate prepaid return label has been supplied by the original seller.
Applicable return processing and storage fees remain the customer's responsibility.
