Refund & Claims Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Claims Policy explains how Ship US Now handles refund requests, shipping-related claims, and issues involving lost, damaged, delayed, refused, or non-compliant packages.

2. Service Fees

Service fees for handling, processing, consolidation, storage, or shipping preparation are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees paid to carriers are non-refundable once a shipment has been processed or dispatched, except if a refund is approved directly by the carrier or due to a proven error caused by Ship US Now.

4. Delays

Delivery times are estimates only. Ship US Now is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, government actions, or incorrect/incomplete customer information.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a package is lost or arrives damaged after shipment, the customer must contact Ship US Now as soon as possible and provide supporting evidence (photos, invoice, proof of value). Claims may be denied if required documentation is not provided.

6. Claim Review

All claims are reviewed individually. Ship US Now may require tracking details, customs forms, photos of packaging and contents, receipts, and any additional documentation.

7. Claim Timeframe

Claims must be submitted as soon as possible after delivery or shipment update. Late claims may be denied if carrier deadlines or verification processes can no longer be completed.

8. Declared Value

Any reimbursement is limited to the declared value, proof of purchase, or the amount recoverable from the carrier — whichever is lowest.

9. Incorrect Declarations

No refund will be issued for losses or issues caused by incorrect declarations, prohibited items, restricted goods, or failure to comply with destination country regulations.

10. Refused or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned, all related costs (return shipping, storage, disposal) remain the customer’s responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

11. Warehouse Responsibility

If a package is lost or damaged while under our control, compensation may be considered based on verified item value and internal review.

12. Carrier Insurance

Claims involving insured shipments are subject to carrier rules, limitations, and approval processes. Approval is not guaranteed.

13. Indirect Losses

Ship US Now is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits, delays, inconvenience, or missed deadlines.

14. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or another method chosen by Ship US Now.

15. Policy Updates

Ship US Now reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
